Family, Friends, and a lot of hard work
I was born and raised in a small rural town in NW Ohio about hour and a half outside Columbus. As one of eight kids there was rarely a dull moment in the Harpster household. My father was a military man, so a strong work ethic and value system was instilled from a very young age. I was active in about every sport you could play growing up, and still don’t quite know how my parents managed to keep up with all of us, but they did, and for that I will all be forever thankful!
After graduation I attended The Ohio State University where I received my degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the Fischer College of Business. We won’t go into to many details on the college years for obvious reasons, LOL , but lets’ just say it was a an amazing adventure, that helped me grown into the person I am today. Some of the lessons and friendships forged stand strong to this very day. GO BUCKS!
Post-graduation I immediately entered the real estate field and have never looked back. From starting off as a licensed assistant, to moving into a full time team member position. Soon enough I was ready to venture off on my own and became an independent agent and eventually a team leader. Naturally I wanted to take the next steps and became a licensed broker which has led us to this very conversation as a principle at Real Estate Technology Partners.
