Marysville is a city in and the county seat of Union County. The population is approximately 23,000 people and over half of them have made Marysville home since 2000. The towns longtime slogan is ""Where the Grass is Greener"". In December 2008, Marysville was designated as a ""Preserve America Community"" by the First Lady Laura Bush.
